I bought this camera 3 years ago and it still works great. No problems at all.
Pictures and videos are decent. Would recommend this camera to anyone who wants a good quality camera but nothing overly fancy.
Get the rechargable batteries, of course. The regular batteries die out real fast.

I have this camera too and have the same problem, no matter what batteries you buy even the real expensive ones, they die within 5 minutes.

2 Things i hate about my same camera.
1. It makes wind noises in videos
2. It keeps telling me that the batteries died evrytime I put new batteries in it.

@mythologyrockz do u have windows movie maker? if you do, just open it on windows movie maker, and in the movie tasks section, under “3″ you’ll see, “save to my computer”. save it to that and then get your file from my computer and it should upload to youtube. that’s the only way i know of.

User: wojtusmaximus – You also need to check that the output of your battries is higher that 2400mAh. If you go lower than that, you will run into problems. If you buy Rechargable batteries…again. Check the mAh. It again needs to be higher than 2400mAh to be any good for the camera.

Mate i had the same problem. You need to use Lithium batteries only! I only use Energizer Lithium’s. They cost more but last soo much longer. When the ‘Change Batteries’ comes up, it usually means that they simply dont have enough charge to power the camera because they have a low Mw output. Even new AA battries can sometime fail. They ARE fully charged, but not strong enough for the camera. Remember it has alot of things to do and a screen to power aswell.

Anyone who wants to see how good this is…All of my videos on my channel were filmed with this. Some in Low-Res, but most in Mid-Res.
If in High-Res you need a really fast SD card otherwise it will only film about 3 to 5 mins of video befor Auto-Stop kicks in.

The date is always recorded in the cameras EXIF data. As far as printing the date on each pic, (Ugly as that is) I have seen that option on other camera, this one probably has it in the menu somewhere.
