Look, I’m done with …
Look, I’m done with you warlockboyburns. You’re looking at a YouTube video and acting emotionally. I’ve used the thing. Quality is a foremost concern to me when I know both companies will stick around as with Apple and Microsoft; if Microsoft rewrote Windows in a way that destroy OS X, I’d switch. Same here with the pico projector. Microvision may be gone tomorrow, 3M, Mitsubishi, etc. won’t be. I think about when it breaks. You think about shiny things. The floor is yours. I won’t reply. Bye.
Sir, I’m no coward. …
Sir, I’m no coward. Face it, you’re wrong. This isn’t good versus evil, any differences in brightness, resolution and battery life will go away quick. If you’re going to use a pico projector, getting one from a bigger name is smarter, period. On the other hand, I’d recommend against using them. A dedicated DLP projector is a better choice for most applications. For everything else, old fashion mobile devices and laptops with LCD do a fine job – and flexible screens and OLED will take over later.
Sir, I love quality …
Sir, I love quality, I still support Apple for it. I also love the cutitng edge – if Microvision were the only company with a pico projector and I was a believer in pico projectors, I’d buy. But I’m not a believer in pico projectors and there are other companies with the product. If I am a company looking to add a pico projector to my device, or to buy them for my employees, I think long term. Will Microvision be around in a few years? Knowing what I’m talking about, I say it’s 50/50. Get it?
