Panasonic has released a new high-performance digital camera. The AK-HC3500 features a diverse array of photography functions designed to meet the demands of the high-definition technology era. This is a versatile digital camera that is designed for use in both the studio as well as for use in electronic field production. It is easy to use for on-site shooting and exemplifies Panasonic’s pursuit of an ideal camera design that enhances convenience.
The AK-HC3500 comes equipped with Panasonic’s proprietary single-channel transfer 2/3 2.2 megapixel IT-CCD as well as spatial offset processing that reduces aliasing. These features enable photographers to take photographs that exhibit high sensitivity and high resolution and with virtually no moiré. Panasonic’s AK-HC3500 digital camera comes with the latest generation 38-bit digital signal processor (DSP), the latest 14-bit A/D converter LSI, S/N 60 dB, and a wide dynamic range function. These features along with others yield a highly functional digital camera capable of producing high-quality images.
The ergonomically designed AK-HC3500 features a low center of gravity and can be mounted cable-free onto an optional build-up unit and easily removed as well. Panasonic Broadcast has succeeded in greatly enhancing the convenience of on-site shooting with the wide array of new features that it has packed into its new AK-HC3500 digital camera.
