Ok. Im going to try to keep this short.. My camera stopped working. I had the CC protection plan for 2 years. I called them they mailed me a box and I shipped it. About a week later, I recieved it back, the paper claimed they fixed it, but the camera was even more messed up than before. Its a canon sd 900 $498, bucks. I take it back to CC, the lady takes it and says they will ship it out and it should be back in 10 days.. Well that was Thursday. 3/13.. Today is Tuesday the 18th. My camera has never even made it to the repair place. The failed to pout a tracking number on it and now its “lost in transit”?? I called corprate, they keep says give it another 24 hours to arrive… This is bull. If they would have fixed it int he first place I wouldnt be in this boat.. What can I do? I really need some advice? I already called the BBB, should I call the news? Are they responsible for my camera if its lost? I need my camera!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
